Common questions
How does the 14-day trial work?
All paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. A card is required upfront — it won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then from your billing portal and you won't pay a cent. At the end of the trial your subscription activates automatically.
Why are tiers based on sync frequency and connectors?
Those are the levers that drive our infrastructure cost. Pricing them transparently means we don't have to inflate seat prices — you only pay for the sync intensity you actually need.
How is "managed users" counted?
It's the number of unique email addresses across all your connected services. One person with accounts in Entra ID, Slack, and GitHub counts as one user.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
Syncs and your dashboard keep running. We'll prompt you to upgrade your tier. Provisioning of net-new accounts is paused until you do.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. Manage everything from the Paddle Customer Portal — no support ticket needed.
Are connector credentials stored securely?
Yes. All connector secrets are AES-encrypted at rest using Fernet before being written to the database. They are never stored in plaintext or logged.
